Join us for the exhibition preview party for "Arte Sin Fronteras: Prints from the Self Help Graphics & Art Studio," celebrating the rich heritage of the LA community art center, including its legacy as punk rock venue "The Vex" in the early 1980s.

DRESS: Come glam, hardcore, or pop. Punk is about EXPRESSION! Think mohawks, spikes, and bright-colored hair styles. Leather jackets, studded belts, and heavy boots. Listen to The Clash for inspiration. 🎸

MUSIC: Move your feet to the energetic beat of DJ Chido Machine and mosh to San Antonio's finest Tex-Mex punk rock band Pinata Protest who'll provide "punkeros música" for your thrashing pleasure. 🤘

ART ACTIVITY: Enjoy a print-making activity on our loggia, courtesy of PrintAustin and a calavera-inspired coloring activity designed by Greometria!

FOOD & DRINK: Your favorite bartenders from The North Door will be there to wet your whistle.

Tamale Addiction will have a variety of tantalizing tamales available for purchase.

GUIDED TOURS OF "Arte Sin Fronteras" are available at 6:30 pm, 7:00pm & 7:30pm. Tickets go quickly so arrive early to sign up for a tour.
